Outsourcers may not pay Freelancers directly using any payment method other than ordering through Smource. In the event you are asked for an alternative method of payment or personal details to conduct business outside of Smource, please immediately report it to support@market.smource.com. If transactions are taken off the platform, Smource cannot provide buyer or seller protection, nor can we intervene and resolve order issues in the case of a dispute.
Never give out your sign-in credentials and your password. We may occasionally ask for a few things from you to verify yourself as the account holder, but we will never:
