Signing up on Smource is free, follow these steps if you would like to join our growing network:

· Click Sign up (located on the site header)

· Select your account type

· Fill out the registration form

· Review Smource’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and complete your registration.

· Within a few minutes you should receive a confirmation email from support@market.smource.com.
Click the link in the email to confirm your account. Once you account is confirmed you can message users, add projects or profiles and services to your watchlist, post projects and tasks if you are an outsourcer or bid and sell your services if you are a freelancer.

If you do not see the confirmation email:
· Check your spam or junk mail folder.

· Check your Social and Promotions tabs if you use Gmail

· Add support@market.smource.com to your email contacts and resend the confirmation email from your Smource account dashboard.

If you encounter any account creation issues that cannot be troubleshooted using the methods above, get in touch with us at support@market.smource.com

Open the log in page, follow the fields and enter your email address or username and your password for logging into Smource. Once you have input your information, click log in to access your account.

Logging out of Smource from a computer? Go to the header where you should see the ‘my account’ icon on the far right. This icon may display your chosen profile picture or a person icon. Click on the icon and select, log out from the set of options that are presented.

Logging out of Smource from a mobile device?

Click the menu icon, scroll to the bottom of the page and click log out.

 

As your username is associated with your email address, you can use them interchangeably to log in. Alternatively, you can follow these prompts Forgot username to recover your username. If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset it, go to Forgot password and follow the instructions. The reset password link expires after 48 hours.
